Commander John H. Boesch, USNRF, (1885-19??)

John H. Boesch was born on 24 November 1885. After apparently working as a civilian mariner, he was commissioned a Lieutenant Commander in the Naval Auxiliary Reserve in June 1917 and given command of the fleet collier Orion. He was promoted to Commander in the Naval Reserve Force in June 1919 and continued as Orion's Commanding Officer until mid-1922, when he also left active duty. Commander Boesch appears to have left the Naval Reserve sometime between 1931 and 1935.

This page features all the views we have of Commander John H. Boesch, USNRF.
