Constance II (American Motor Boat, 1914).
Became USS Constance II (SP-633) in 1917 and YP-633 in 1920.

Constance II, a 41-foot motor pleasure boat, was built in 1914 by the Holmes Motor Boat Company of West Mystic, Connecticut. In July 1917 she was acquired by the Navy from Joseph Gahm of Boston, Massachusetts, and placed in commission as USS Constance II (SP-633). She was employed as a patrol craft in northern New England waters for the next five years. Renamed YP-633 in July 1920, she was stricken from the list of district craft in September 1922 but continued in use at the Boston Navy Yard, classified as a launch, for some time thereafter.

This page features the only view we have concerning the motor boat Constance II, which became USS Constance II (SP-633) in 1917 and YP-633 in 1920.
