Margin (Motor Boat, 1917).
Served as USS Margin (ID # 2119) in 1918-19

Margin, a 41-foot motor pleasure boat, was built in 1917 by W.E. Haff at Neptune Island, New York. The Navy leased her in March 1918, placing her in commission as USS Margin (ID # 2119) in June of that year for use as a patrol boat in the vicinity of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. No longer required after the conclusion of World War I, Margin was returned to her owner in April 1919.

This page features our only views of the motor boat Margin, which was USS Margin (ID # 2119) in 1918-1919.
