Specification 1: In that Private Merton T. Johnson, Company C, 181st Infantry, was, at Fort Dix, New Jersey, on or about October 10, 1943, drunk in camp.

Specification 2: In that Private Merton T. Johnson, Company C, 181st Infantry, having been restricted to the limits of Fort Dix, New Jersey, did, at Fort Dix, New Jersey,on or about October 10, 1943, break said restrictions by going to New York City, New York.
