Using the FOLIAR application rate (for good quality powdered humates, Gumat,
Humisolve, etc) for growing plants this (above) is close to what Jose
recommended - however most humates have a SOIL application rate that is
commonly ten to a hundred times the foliar rate and would be way way too
much for putting into tea
