Jose - I see your point. Mr. Kapuler's point is that without a wide
array of free amino acids, proper protein synthesis cannot occur (in
a mammal). He does attribute the array of amino acids to variety
rather than nutrients ie some varities have the potential for having
a wider array of Amino Acids than others.

Alan Kapuler was the research scientist at Seeds of Change until
recently. He is a neighbor of Elaine Inghams there in Corvallis.
Maybe Elaine has seen his journal articles and can join me in this
drift way off topic. ;-)
