Bob, is there a preferred configuration for the Bitti container?
With all the available sizes of plastic tubs on the market,
would you recommend round vs. corners, or square shape
vs. rectangular, or anything else?

Thanks,

Judi

Almost Haloween and i'm haunted by my own words, Chris Ried. The
"perfect storm" was on a 1500 g brew where, to get near 1 cfm per 10 g,
we used an air input of 127 cfm at 88 inches. Wild surface.action.!
In the Bitti with much less water and less nutrient / compost load less
air is required. The "storm" is within the small diameter of the
brewer. It's kinda a local squal Still the air is related to
nutrient, compost and water.
Chris, I am concerned about your " air injected below 4' may result in
excess nitrogen disolved in the air" there a web site or other source
where I can learn more about the subject? Bob .
