Bill, I bought what I could afford and relied on the reputation of a
dealer well respected in this area, Paul Sachs.  As far as I am
concerned, the votes are not all in for me with this brewer.  I am
not yet clear what it can or can't do, because I'm not that
experienced at making tea. 

Documentation costs money?  Not this kind.  I can write the cleaning
directions on the back of a napkin and post them on the list. how
much time does that take, Bill?  No,  I don't agree that this
documentation takes MONEY.  I say this particular documentation
takes INTENT and FOLLOWTHROUGH.
