Get the castings out of the plastic barrels. They need to breathe.

Make sure moisture is about 50%, add some fungal foods like humic acid, fish hydrolysate, oatmeal (per Jeff Lowenfels, as explained in the archives for this list with respect to amounts), or other protein meals like soy meal, or feathermeal, or alfalfa meal.

Mix gently, keep warm (55 or higher), maybe even use a heated pad underneath. That should get the worm compost to resucitate, grow some good fungi.
