[compost_tea] round-up is DEFINITELY evil

somehow, I had that notion in the back of my head, but didn't really know e=
xactly why...

it so happens that there is a certain daisy which plagues my countryside (b=
rought from europe by the land developer 100 years ago -if he were still al=
ive, I'd gladly kill him myself)
8 months ago I used round up in a eucalyptus grove to kill those daisies, a=
nd one of the back tires of the tractor was accidentaly soaked in round up =
( I belatedly figured that out, since the burnt grass showed the track pat=
tern I use)
the patch remained burnt for a very long while, and now... surprise! IT'S F=
ULL OF DAISIES!

my first hand experience now leads me to the conclusion that glyphosates ar=
e a short term solution which spawns a long term bigger problem

wanted to share this experience for those who ,like me, didn't know the ext=
ent of glyphosates' evil... and also to spark a discussion on which are the=
best ways to keep weeds at bay (mind you, this specific daisy breeds 2000 =
seeds apiece)

cheers
