[compost_tea] Possible One-Day Attendance at NOFA course next week

It's a race to the finish with the NOFA organic courses - they fill
at the last minute, so it's hard to tell, but it appears there may
be space for people who want to take one day of the course at a day
rate of $80 (which will include fabulous organic lunch if the
coordinator gets the registration in time to make headcount changes
with the caterer.

So - Feb 9 10 11 and the following week, Feb 17 18 are the dates for
the entire NOFA-CT organic land care course, held in New Haven, CT
at the CT Agricultural Experiment STation (nice facility - very easy
to get to it from the Merritt Parkway or interstates 95/91.

I have asked if it is possible to go on Mon pm, listen to Paul
Wagner's talk on soil biology, then attend Tuesday for the full day,
which includes Paul Sachs on composting and Todd Harrington on
organic turf care (he uses a lot of tea). That would obviously be a
higher fee, but haven't heard back yet as to whether they'd go for
that idea.

The course schedule has been revised and I don't know if the
corrected one is on the web -- if you want it, you can ask Bill or
me to send it via email -- don't want to fill the world's mailboxes
with the schedule.

So -- if you're available next week and want to do a day, or want to
see about the "soil biology bracketing" idea, you can contact Bill
Duesing at (203) 888-9280.
