I may be out of place here and I am sure you know what you are doing. Howe=
ver, if I had 60 acres, I would be making the stuff that people need to gro=
w organically. That means compost, alfalfa, some other vetch grasses and t=
he like. I would try to get the highest grade product and sell it at the h=
ighest price to specialty markets. It's just a thought and respectfully su=
bmitted. I have been to Kansas several times as a guest of the KMEA (Kansa=
s Music Educators Association) so I admire you for sticking it out there. =
I'm sure it's beautiful if you grew up there but I need ocean and beach to =
feel comfortable. There must be some specialty restaurants and specialty m=
arkets that would be interested in specifically grown crops for their menus=
. Again, just a thought.
