I've been fairly diligent about fighting the dreaded anaerobic biofilm but it has
been tempting to let things slide at times. I'd be better able to fight that
temptation if I truly understood why it was so important.
If I keep the O2 high, won't the aerobes dominate the tea regardless of the
film?
