We have to have solid, scientific evidence to show that compost tea will act as a pesticide before we can make that claim.
And why would we want to go there?
Now, the EPA has changed their language with respect to "bio-pesticides", and now want to include anything that competes with, inhbits, takes food away from, or performs a predator - prey interaction.
Which means, folks, that you are going to have to register your cats and dogs as bio-pesticides.
Oh joy.
