Jeff is correct. We need AT LEAST 5% coverage. And for those of you who have not read back throug hte hlist serve archives on this one, the data are on the USDA - WSARE website, written up in the findings from the SSI grant. The data are clear and un-equivocal. Go enjoy.
and I will also remind folks that it was Jeff that first suggested adding protein meals to compost to improve the growth of the fungi in the compost. He is the one who tested, and provided the data, on the list serve, to document his work.
