The liqued material you collect from the tumbling composter is
considered a leachate. It should have very little life in it (by that I
mean active aerobic beneficial micro organisms) it will have soluble
nutrients and enzymes from the plants. these do have value as a general
soil drench. If it smells bad apply it to the weeds.
