Ted Peterson has had excellent results utilizing inline fertigation systems
for applying ACT. He is using this set up in a couple parks in SLO,
California.

  Hello Titel-

Thank you for the response. This arrangement sounds like it meets
your requirements, but I was actually looking for something portable
as my 2 acre lawn isn't in the same location as my community
garden. I'm looking for a solution I can move around my lawn and
then load up in my pick up to use in the community garden.

In your system, did you have to experiment with different irrigation
emitter types or has the 3/4" mister type accomplished your goal
from the beginning? I've toyed with the idea of using an inline
injector of some sort with my drip irrigation system at the
community garden, but wasn't sure how much potential there was for
  clogging.
