[compost_tea] Re: Kelp; another dum question
I have found a partial answer to my question from the web. The
Pacific variety of kelp liquified by Sea Spray (a Vancouver company)
is referred to as Giant Kelp (Macrocystis integrifolia). The
Atlantic kelp is referred to as Rockweed or Norwegian Kelp
(Ascophyllum nodosum). I still do not know which is the superior
product for tea production but I can testify that BC kelp coated
with herring eggs is delicious fried in butter.
Cheers,
