Dave,

It is my understanding that when one ferments with EM contolling a
high temperature, preferably around 94 to 100 degrees prevents the
formation of significant alcohol. This is the process we follow. It
has been our experience that the EM products we have fermented do
not have great benefit applied foliarly. We have observed great
benefits when applied to the soil. (see prior post)
