Is there a typo here Bob?  I don't understand what you are saying.
Stephen's post was both informative and sound, it seems to me.  Gracious,
even.  What are you saying with this comment?  That only spending lots of
bucks for testing is acceptable?  Clearly he has facts, some proof, and
listens to advice.  Did you misread the message or am I misreading yours?
