Re: [compost_tea] Re: MICROBIOLOGY TESTING of COMPOST TEAS
Jeff I just responded to Dr E. before I received your
defense which was preemptive. I was not attacking her
but I did want to be clear on the nature of her
experience before I addressed the question of windrow
turning.
What I often see on this list as I have on other list
is angry or accusatory post without a few questions
that would clarify and eliminate the need to be angry.
Here is the rule I try to use although imperfectly.
Repeat what the other person says to their
satisfaction. Or I try to ask enough questions to be
sure I understand before I respond.
My small disagreement was not personal and I work to
avoid being personal.
If I want to be personal it will be direct and
unambiguous. In this case when you asked "if you
disagree with" could have been a clue that you felt I
was attacking but you weren't sure how.
I like you appreciate what Dr E. does and if she
seemed to be under attack I would come to her defense
but I hope I would be sure she was under attack.
