Ino - I am using two big Whitewater  liniar air pumps to aerate 200 gallons
and a 30' coil of B grade 3/4 inch poly with lots of tiny holes in it around
the bottom of the tank. The poly is tied to steel mesh and weighted down so
it stays on the bottom. I insert it and take it out while the pumps are
going so that CT shouldn't enter the poly. It is soaked in bleach and
Hydrogen Peroxide afterwards.

I use a tiny linear pump to stir up the compost in the bag as well.

Hope this helps
