Do you know if anyone has done any experiments with brewing tea in a
pressure chamber?

The economics would make it prohibitive for commercial applications,
but it seems that it could be an interesting experiment. You could
even raise the level of atmospheric oxygen a bit and see what the
results are then.

Somehow I think I would get in serious trouble if I claimed our
pressure canner for use in a tea brewing experiment.
