Don't follow you here. If the DB is stored on server(s), afaik there's
no way to get at it offline unless one downloads all/part of dataset
and has own server/db back end of compatible nature running on local
machine...? Doesn't matter what tools, if the data's not on my machine
I can't access it offline.
