Hey all,
How about just giving coffee up all together? Caffeine is just another
recreational alkaloid. (My tongue is firmly planted in my cheek, by the
way.)
I picked up 12 new lifers on a sailing trip in the Bahamas over the
holidays. Tropic birds are cool! Now if I can just see one off the
Carolina coast... (or maybe a red-legged thrush in the green-tailed
towhee spot)
Take care and have a grand new year,
