Hi Carolinabirders,
Paul Rogers and I went to Huntington Beach S.P. today. We birded at the
causeway, the jetty pond and jetty and a short visit to the crabbers dock
and the beginning of the Sandpiper Pond trail. We had 40 species. A nice
day weather wise with a flat ocean, but as usual for late February and
March there was a paucity of shorebirds. Where did the Dunlin and
Dowitcher go?
