Hi y'all,
Got a call from Lex Glover about 1:00 p.m. and he wanted to get the word
out. Giff Beaton, Jr. (whunadoze notorious GA birders) found a LIMPKIN about
11:00 a.m. this morning while looking for the White-faced Ibis and Cinnamon
Teal at Savannah NWR. It was located approx. nine-tenths/mile down the
Laurel Hill wildlife drive. The bird reportedly forages out among the lily
pads, then loafs in the reeds immediately adjacent.
Cheers,
Gary
