Savannah NWR, SC on 3 March 2001



Caroline Eastman, Steve Dennis and I were among the many Limpkin seekers at
Savannah NWR today. Fortunately the Limpkin perched in a roadside tree at
0.9 mile of the Laurel Hill Wildlife drive from 4:45 PM on this evening.

Other species of note included a nice Golden Eagle and the White-faced Ibis
(both near Impoundment 16).
