Baltimore-Kawasaki Delegations

Kawasaki Japan has been an official Sister City of Baltimore since 1979. The Scouting exchange program between Baltimore and Kawasaki began in 1985 with a delegation from Japan that visited Broad Creek. The program usually runs in two-year cycles, with a set of participants serving as visitors and hosts in consecutive years.

Patches have been issued for some of these delegations. The undated patches are used for the program as a whole; this patch was re-issued with a slightly different design in 2014. In 2014, a set of three CSPs were issued to commemorate the 30th year of the program.
