(Auto)Biographies of Teachers of Greek
I'd like this thread to link to the autobiographies of those who teach Greek to students of the New Testament (and also classical Greek). For starters, I link to the post by David Black at http://www.daveblackonline.com/my_academic_journey.htm. This is one of the most intimate autobiographical stories I have read. I know there are others posted on the web. Any suggestions?

My bio is at

but there's not much about Greek in it.

Louis, Good idea. I'd like to hear your story.
I had read Shirley's bio years ago and look at it again with amazement. What an eclectic you are, Shirley! Fascinating!
