One of the other major differences in verse order between the LXX and MT is in the book of Jeremiah. You will find a table of verse cross references and omission here.

The best source that I know of is the SBL Handbook of Style, 2nd edition, Appendix B, pages 265–268.

Unfortunately, not free, but Interlibrary Loan is your friend : )

There is an electronic version of it available for purchase:

by clicking on a particular word, you are taken to a lexicon of it.
I am in the process of modifying it so that even hovering over a word will give its meaning. This feature is available for some of the NT already.
Cheers,

My page is now at GreekDoc.com
It now contains a "re-ordered" Jeremiah, i.e., Jeremiah LXX in the same order as English Jeremiah as well as the LXX order.
Also for the NT, there is both the Nestles and Textus Receptus as well as a parallel of these two.
(Neh. 8:8)

Thank you for the useful links!

In my research I would like to use the complete LXX (including Deuterocanon and Apocrypha). Currently I use the E-Sword module LXX but it does not contain all books. An E-Sword module would be the best (because my research application, available at https://github.com/kovzol/lxx, is already based on E-Sword). I am also interested in creating an E-Sword module from other electronic resource, if it is possible to use it freely.

I would point you to Hancock's Word .doc of Rahlfs's text, at http://www.users.dircon.co.uk/~hancock/sept.zip
