118:50 αὕτη με παρεκάλεσεν ἐν τῇ ταπεινώσει μου ὅτι τὸ λόγιόν σου ἔζησέν με

118:56 αὕτη ἐγενήθη μοι ὅτι τὰ δικαιώματά σου ἐξεζήτησα

What's the antecent of the demonstrative pronoun in these two verses? Or is it feminine because of some underlying word in the Hebrew?

Yes, it's the feminine near demonstrative pronoun זֹאת in Hebrew.

56 This has been mine,

The "antecedent" comes later; it's the subordinating conjunction ὅτι / כי. The Hebrew doesn't have the Greek's gender mismatch between feminine αὕτη and neuter ὅτι.
