My frivolous two cents--forget videotaping, but give him a written contract
guaranteeing that the institution is obligated to provide the library/archives
adquate space for the materials, and that if the space is not provided, the
archives cannot be held responsible.

Can you tell how long we've been waiting for the library expansion promised
fifteen years ago?
