Re: Consulting while Employed



At The Ohio State University, librarians, who are faculty, have unassigned
professional time.  This is to be used when engaged in consulting.
However, any consulting relationship has to be reported and approved by the
University in advance, to make certain that there is no conflict of
interest and that university facilities are not used. There is no monetary
requirement from the university.
