Re: job market



We took the low paying job because we were confident that we would get
periodical raises as time went on.  We don't leave the low paying job
because we have invested a lot of effort, and because we have tried to
get other jobs and have not been hired.  There are 50 applicants for one
position, etc., etc. etc.

Another $12.00 per hour archivist who has been applying for other
positions for 3 years, yadada, yadada, yadada.....
