Conservation question re: plywood and off-gassing

A support platform is being built for me in order for a small flat file to
be paced on top of a larger one. It is to be cut from 3/4 " plywood, and I
am aware that there is off-gassing from the glues involved.

My question is this: Is there a poly? Finish that can be applied that is
safe to use in an archives?

Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
