Re: labels



No question about it, Pat,

Stick-on labels will all fail in too short a time. I have to add that I
don't like the notion of adding one more chemical, via the peel and stick
type label cement, to an acid-free file. I "stick" with my colleagues --
sorry! -- and have learned to print carefully in pencil atop all file
folders. This was a habit learned at my past employer, California State
Railroad Museum Library & Archives, and which makes eminent sense.
