>Hi,
>
>We are building a new building at the Milwaukee Art Museum and have
>commissioned a photographer to photograph the construction. We have
>a year to go, and he now has about 10,000 images. There are other
>photographers shooting as well.
>
>Here is our problem. How to organize this on going archive so it
>can become useful for public relations and scholars etc..
>We have a young intern who is working on this project but she
>has never done a photo-archive. I am not so worried about the
>physical problems but rather the conceptual way to do it.
>
>Are there any publications you know of to guide her, and me?
>You thoughts are much appreciated.
