document cameras
I was just reading the latest SRMA newsletter, and in an article about a recent acquisition of Casper College there is mention of a document camera. The document camera is enabling visual access to negatives, so that they do not have to produce positive prints of the whole collection. It "allows immediate viewing of the negative as a positive image on a monitor."
Can anybody tell me more about this piece of equipment and how it works?
Any ideas as to general cost?
Thanks,
Lisa
