Re: Building design and planning - advice needed



In response to your first question about sealing a concrete floor:  we used
a 2-part epoxy compound to seal the floors in our stacks and processing
area. You can get it with or without VOC solvents (without is 100% epoxy
solids). There are several manufacturers of them, and they're used in a wide
variety of industrial and commercial sites, coming in a variety of colors.
Only caveat: they scuff easily. But this stuff is very durable, can be made
non-skid, etc.  No more concrete dust!
