[Ecdl2000-announce] ECDL2000 - Call for short-papers
ECDL2000 - CALL FOR SHORT-PAPERS
ECDL2000, the Fourth European Conference on Research and Advanced Technology
for Digital Libraries, will be held in Lisbon, Portugal, from 18 to 20
September 2000 (http://www.bn.pt/org/agenda/ecdl2000/).
As a result of the very successfull call for papers that was closed last
May, 1st, the organization identified a strong interest and a very important
potential for short-papers. In this sense, it was decided to extend until
May 29 the call for posters, demonstrations and short-papers (especially if
they are related with demonstrations or posters).
Proposals for short papers must consist in a text of 2 to 4 pages, sent by
email to ecdl2000@bn.pt. The accepted proposals will be published with the
proceedings, and will be presented in the conference in special panel
sessions (related short-papers will be grouped in panels, where every author
will have 10 minutes for presentation, followed by a general discussion with
the audience).
