Assists the University archivist in the organization and management of
collections (including serials) in the University Archives both on computer
dbases and manually. Supervises one student, assists patrons w/ research
including research responses to mail/telephone inquiries from patrons and GU
offices. Performs minor admin. functions for the depts which includes
ordering supplies, compiling monthly statistics, and accounting. Min. req.:
Some understanding of archival theory, min. BA in a field where good
research skills are developed, mgmt. skills, attention to detail and
knowledge of  WordPerfect and MS Office.
