Re: Panama-Pacific Expo

This may or may not be useful, but the Sanborn (fire insurance) Map
Company made detailed maps of the Exposition, including what the
various buildings were used for. The Library of Congress has a set of
originals which they microfilmed as part of Sanborn Map microfilming
project back in the 70's. A lot of people have copies of the film. (A
few might even have additional copies of the maps.) If you're
interested, you can try contacting repositories in the SF area and/or
the CA State Library/Archives. They're neat maps which is the only
reason why I'm making the suggestion. There's nothing on them that
connects them to Women's Medical.

Hi, does anyone out there have information on the Panama-Pacific
Expositions of the early 20th century. In particular, one held in San
Francisco in either 1914, 1915, or 1916. Apparently, at this expo, the
Women's Medical College of Pennsylvania previewed a film it produced on
female medical students at the college. Information about the expo(s)
or, of course, the film would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
