Re: Need a Little Help



What I have to suggest will work only for the property portion of your request.
Type the statement you want--Reproduced from the collections [holdings, or whatever term you choose] of name of your institution in all capital and bold letters.  Then cut it off in a thin strip just wide enough to include all the letters  and attach it to the edge of the copier with a clear strip of tape.  That way it will automatically copy on every page that is copies.  A single line such as this will not cover the text of anything that is copied.  I several years ago the Library of Congress had this statement on at least one of their copiers in the reading room in which I used some manuscripts had such an arrangement.  This would work best if the machine is used only for reproducing research materials.  If you photocopy other things on the copier, it is not a good suggestion.
