library quote

At the entrance to an academic library somewhere in the world there is a quote inscribed that says something like "Within these walls you will found all the truths of mankind and all the lies of mankind. It is up to you to learn the difference."

Does anyone know the site of the library and/or the proper quotation and citation? Have tried the usual sources but cannot find anything even close. Any leads will be greatly appreciated.
