I am in receipt of your public records request for
1. "Members names of all City of Boston Public
Library Departments committees" and
2. "Board committees".
This request was received via email and dated
September 27, 2000.
Pursuant to
950 CMR 950 CMR [Code of Massachusetts Regulations},
an estimate has been compiled for the cost of
fulfilling your request.
For request #1, it is estimated that it would take a
clerical staff member approximately
15 minutes at
$12.99/ hour to retrieve, separate, and photocopy
the requested document, at a cost of
3.90
The document contains approximately
13 pages of paper.
The estimated cost of copying, at
20 cents per page, is
$2.60
For request #2, it is estimated that it would take a
clerical staff member approximately
15 minutes at
$12.99/hour to retrieve, separate and photocopy the
requested document, at a cost of
$3.90
The estimated cost of copying, at
20 cents per page, is $3.00
Upon receipt of a check for
$13.40, we will compile the materials
pursuant to your request.
In recognition of the potential expense to be incurred
by your for the compilation of this request, the
Library would make the requested document available
for you onsite viewing in the President's Office,
Monday-Friday, between
9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
It is estimated it would take a clerical staff member
approximately
30 minutes at
$12.99/hour to retrieve the requested documents.
Upon receipt of a check for $6.50 the Library will
compile your request, and will notify you when it is
available for your on-site review.
