Update to EAD HELP PAGES

I am happy to announce an update to the EAD HELP PAGES:
http://jefferson.village.virginia.edu/ead/

Several new implementors have been added to the EAD SITES ANNOTATED
and listings for processes have been updated.

If you haven't yet looked at the implementor write-ups,
you will find a great deal of information about how
different institutions are approaching EAD.
As well, all implementors included have provided contact information
in order to share information with librarians and archivists new to EAD.

This update also consolidates two existing lists. The list
of implementors formerly maintained by the Library of Congress
is now officially replaced by the annotated list on the EAD HELP PAGES.
