Re: Barriers to public access at our public library for legitimat ely public information



I wonder - a bit doubtfully - if Mr. Skalad can be counted among the library's
financial supporters. How else does he expect the library to cover its costs
of processing requests, if not by charging patrons a very reasonable rate for
services rendered?
