Since London was an ACLU member and all three cases listed above ("The Miracle," "Lady Chatterley's Lover," and "La Ronde") were litigated in New York state and went to the Supreme Court, there is a good possibility that these cases were handled by either the New York Civil Liberties Union (NYCLU) or the National Office of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). Both of these organizations have their offices in New York City. While NYCLU and ACLU are not likely to house the "papers" of these attorneys, they should have the files relating to these cases in their archives (if they were involved). Such files often contain not only the papers of record that were filed in the case but will also have correspondence and other notes related to the particular case. They might also give you clues to others who worked with these attorneys on the cases.
