Copyright status of lectures
Dear list members:
The repository that I work in has a substantial collection of lectures
presented by various members of a local historical society. I would
like to know if lectures, as a genre, are considered to be published
(since they were distributed verbally) or unpublished. Does anyone
know of any black-letter or case law on this topic?
Sincerely,
Andrew W. Pollock III
